1. Objective and Responsibilities
1.1. This privacy statement declares the form, scope and purpose of surveying data and using cookies at our website and online shop.

1.2. The legal principles of data protection can be obtained from the European Data Privacy Regulation (EU-DSGVO), from the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-new) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG).
2. Fundamental information to data processing
2.1. We collect, process and use person related data of the users in compliance with the relevant data protection regulations. This means that the data of all users are only used in case of legal need or agreement of the user.
2.2. We take organizational, contractual and technical safeguard steps to make sure that regulations of the Privacy laws are met and to protect the data managed by us against arbitrary or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
3. Collecting and using personal data
3.1. The personal data of the user is used for the following purpose: - The execution of our customer service and service activities - The warranty of an effective customer service. When contacting us, the information is saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and moreover for the case of follow-up questions. - Shipping newsletters or other promotional material, provided that the receiver agreed.
3.2. We forward data to third parties if it is necessary for the contractual fulfillment of the service towards the user.
4. Sending information via e-mail and newsletters
4.1. If we send e-mails with advertising information about us or our services, this happens only with an explicit agreement of the receiver. The receiver can cancel e-mail messages at any time.
4.2. If you want to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address as well as information which enable the verification that you are the proprietor of the provided e-mail or rather agreed receiving the newsletters. Additional data is not collected. This data is only used for sending the newsletters and is not forwarded to any third parties.
4.3 Before sending the newsletters, the e-mail proprietor receives a confirmation mail in which he can accept the newsletter registration. Not confirmed registrations are automatically deleted within four weeks at latest. We can forego sending a confirmation mail, if the e-mail was already confirmed before.
4.4.Your agreement of saving data and e-mail addresses as well as their usage for sending newsletters can be revoked at any time.
4.5 As part of the registration we save the login and confirmation time and the IP address of the user. We are legally required to save the login information and IP-address of the users to verify a proper login.
5. Collecting access data
5.1. We collect data of every server access, on which our offerings are located (so called server log files). The collected access data contains the name of the accessed website, the file, the data and time of access, the transferred amount of data, the report whether the connection was successful, the browser type and version, the operating system of the system, the Referrer URL (website accessed before), the IP-address and the requesting provider.
5.2 We use protocol data without assigning persons, users or other profiles, according legal regulations only for statistical evaluation for the purpose of operations, security and the optimization of offerings. Nevertheless, we reserve the rights to check the protocol data afterwards if, due to concrete indications, there is a justified suspect of an illegal use.
6. Cookies & reach measurement
6.1. Cookies are information, which are transmitted from our web server or third-party web servers to the users' web-browser and are stored for later access. The users are informed in the privacy statement about the utilization of Cookies as part of pseudonymous reach measurement.
6.2.Visiting our website is also possible when cookies are excluded. If users do not want to store cookies on their computers, they are requested to deactivate the respective option in the system settings of their browsers. Stored cookies can be deleted in the system settings of the browser. The exclusion of cookies can reduce the functionality of our offerings.
7. Reach measurement: Google Analytics
7.1. We use Google Analytics, a service for Web analysis offered by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google uses Cookies, text files, which are stored on the users' computers and which allows an analysis of the usage of our online offerings. The information created through Cookies about the usage of the website by the user, are generally transmitted to a server to Google in the USA and stored there.
7.2. Google uses this information in our instruction, to evaluate the utilization of the website by the users, to create reports about activities in our online offerings and to provide us with additional services concerning the website- and internet usage.
7.3. We use Google Analytics only with activated IP-anonymization. This means that the IP-address is abbreviated for users within states of the European Union or other states involved in the agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions the full IP-address is sent to Google into the USA and abbreviated there.
7.4. The transferred IP-address of the users by the browser is not merged with other data of Google. The users can disallow storing Cookies through the respective settings in the browser software. Moreover, the users can disallow tracking user related information, which refer to the website usage and is created by the Cookie and used by Google. 7.5. Alternatively to the browser-add-on or in browser on mobile devices, please click this link, to disallow tracking on this website by Google Analytics (the Opt-Out is only working in a browser, on this domain). An Opt-Out Cookie is stored on your device. If you delete the Cookies in your browser, you have to click on the link again.
8. Disclosure, revocation, modification and updates
8.1. Users have the right, to receive free information about the stored person-related information by us, about them. The contact data can be obtained from the legal disclosure.
8.2. Additionally users have the right to correct false data, revocations of agreements, blocking and deletion of person related data as far as no legal retention obligation is required.
9. Modification in the Privacy Statement
9.1. We reserve to change the Privacy Statement to adapt it to altered legal situations, or to adapt the Privacy Statement in case of a change in services or data processing.
9.2. The users are therefore asked to regularly inform about the content of the Privacy Statement.
